She had disclosed that she had joined the Eldorado Events Company of the accused/petitioner in February 2017 and that the petitioner/ accused used to take her for event meetings.For one such meeting in June 2017 he had called the victim to Sector-9, Dwarka Metro Station, from where he picked her up in his car and gave her adulterated water to drink, after consuming which she started feeling dizzy. The alleged act of rape was committed upon her thereafter, the victim complained. She also complained that on several occasions the petitioner/ accused had passed vulgar comments about her and asked for sexual favours.Click Here To Download Order[Read Order]Next Storylast_img
